Rehearsals will be 3-4 times a week beginning in March

You must be CONFLICT FREE: April 19 – May 3, 2026

All performers may be required to assist with Load-in but MUST help with STRIKE after the final matinee.

 

SYNOPSIS:

You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown, finds the beloved Peanuts gang in this fresh, high-energy revival. With updated musical arrangements and vibrant choreography, this heartwarming musical captures the simple joys and everyday adventures of childhood. From Charlie Brown’s eternal quest for happiness to Snoopy’s soaring imagination and Lucy’s comic crush on Schroeder, each scene bursts with humor, heart, and timeless charm. Packed with catchy songs like “My New Philosophy,” “Suppertime,” and “Happiness,” this revised version delivers fun for all ages and reminds us that being a “Good Man,” is more about kindness and connection than perfection

 

CHARACTERS

There is no age limit to audition but you must be at least 16. These characters are “kids” if you have that energy and can connect to these characters than please audition. Please prepare two Broadway style songs, around 24 to 32 measures that best show your vocal abilities. There will also be cold-readings from the script.

If you’re looking for character inspiration there is certainly plenty of material to do your research

Sally Brown – Range: (opt. A3) B3-Ab5 (opt. Bb5)

Lucy Van Pelt – Range: G3-F5 (opt. F#5)

Snoopy – Range: (opt. A2) C3-A4 (opt. D5)

Schroeder – Range: (opt. A2) Bb2-Ab4

Charlie Brown – Range: (opt. A2) Bb2-F4

Linus Van Pelt – Range: (opt. A2) Bb2-E4 (opt. F#4)

In addition to the above roles, we are looking to cast 3-6 chorus members who will help fill out the group numbers and do some specialty stuff.
